Victory in the Ventral Region

We know that, both structurally and energetically,  the anterior body holds keys to posterior discomfort—but how to work safely and effectively? This hands-on bodywork class will provide techniques to affect change in:

• Diaphragm (and its association with both the pericardium and the phrenic nerve)
• Intercostals 
• Pectorals 
• Abdominals
• We also will be exploring the organs in the region with gentle palpation. As always, effective communication and client comfort will be paramount. 
• Also…self-care for client homework  (and ours)!
