Pamela began her career in massage therapy when an overuse injury from swimming gave her the opportunity to experience the healing power of massage. She is a natural teacher with a soothing presence. She has been practicing massage since graduating from East West College of the Healing Arts in 2003. She combines experience and knowledge of deep tissue techniques with a passion for getting to the root of her client's pain. Combining assessment, deep tissue, structural integration, Swedish massage and Tui Na creates Pamela's signature style.
Pamela is invested in truly improving how her clients feel in their bodies, so this avid teacher will send you home feeling great and with a stretch or two for homework!
When not working, Pamela enjoys spending time with family and friends, walking for miles on end, watching movies and playing with the family dog Sam.
She earned Bachelors Degrees in Psychology and French, and a Masters Degree in Education, all from University of California, Santa Barbara.
First visit with Pamela but a long time client. Pamela is a great therapist. I am grateful she was able to fit me in and I will see her again.
The treatment Pamela did on my shoulder with TuiNa, was effective and lasting.
I really appreciated Pamela’s knowledge base in handling my injury and giving attention to my specific needs. She was able to treat without pain or stress and was great to explain things to me in every day wordage that was easy to understand.
Very grateful for the way in which she opened up several of some of my tight areas.
Pamela knows exactly what to do to achieve effective pain relief. I have trust in her knowledge and skills.
Pamela is thorough, organized, effective, knows what she’s doing and explains what she’s doing, and friendly and “mellow”.
Pamela has a great understanding of the human body, and great technique. I highly recommend her.
She knew how the body works and was able to identify where to do the therapy.
LOVE Pamela! She is amazing and helped me feel so much better! :)
